Orders & Shipping

First of all, we would like to assure you that we handle your orders with the utmost professionalism and that they are delivered with extreme care and punctuality. Currently, we only offer one type of delivery: Standard Delivery. This delivery costs PKR 200 unless affected by an ongoing promo or discount and is available nationwide. It takes 6-7 working days for your order to be delivered with this. 

With each order, you recieve an order receipt. This is sent to you digitally via email once you confirm your order and is attached to your order in printed form when you recieve it. This contains your name, address, number, email and total bill.

While we work to be as efficient as possible, a rare event may occur causing an issue with your order: 

• In case your order is late, we offer you a 5% discount waiver on your next order as compensation. You can reach out to us via instagram or email and recieve your compensation waiver.
• In case you did not receive your order, please don't hesitate to contact us via instagram or email and a member of our support team will be glad to help you out.
• In case you received your order but it was unsealed or the order receipt was missing, you may return the order to the rider immediately if you do not wish to accept it and inform us via Instagram or email to be compensated.
