Return Policy

Our team works tirelessly to provide you with the best but unfortunately, on extremely rare occasions, it is possible for a piece to be defective. Don't worry though because we have a policy in place just for this case. If a piece has a fault in it, you can report it to us within 7 days and we will be sure to change your defective piece for a brand new one. Please note that the exchange will be for the same article, size and color that was purchased. 

In order for the exchange to be possible, the following conditions should be met:

• The article shouldn't be worn, altered or washed.
• The tags and tag clips should be undamaged.
• The order should be in original packing and the order receipt should be legible.
